Event Summary

South Staffs Musical Theatre Company has been entertaining in the Black Country for over 80 years and are proud to present Spamalot - a musical comedy lovingly ripped off from the film 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail'.

Brimming with local musical theatre talent the show is a mad cap journey with King Arthur and his hapless knights in search of the holy grail.

With rousing songs, including the legendry 'Always look on the bright side', and Broadway style dance routines you cannot fail to leave the theatre uplifted.

Throughout the show, King Arthur, traveling with his servant Patsy, recruits several knights to accompany him on his quest, including Sir Bedevere, Sir Robin, Sir Lancelot and Sir Galahad. Besides the rabbits and taunting Frenchman, they meet such characters as the Lady of the Lake, Prince Herbert, Tim the Enchanter, Not Dead Fred, the Black Knight and the Knights who say Ni.
