Laughter Yoga session - 1-hour of laughter yoga, which combines laughter exercises and deep breathing as an aerobic exercise to uplift the mood, reduce stress, boost the immune system and creates a connection between fellow participants.  Swear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your 'chuckle' muscles.

This is a fundraising event for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day.
