About the film

The Saleem Foundation (TSF) in partnership with KnightSkyPhotos Productions present #TheHiddenScars – Film raising awareness for Domestic Abuse. The film shows how Domestic Abuse can scar all those around us especially children. These kids grow up believing its ok to violate each other. The film is written and directed by Shaz Saleem and stars; Nicoletta Barrett, Hattie Levett-Dunn, Jamie Wilson, Alexander Westwood, Thomas Griffiths and Mara Ubhi.

The Saleem Foundation was founded in 2017, and will support charities and voluntary organisations across Birmingham & Black Country who undertake charitable work in the fields of health, disability, financial hardship or other, and will also support individuals and their families who are disadvantaged by their youth, age, ill-health, disability or financial hardship and will take the form of grant aid, organised events and donations.
