Audition this March for a place on the new Rose Bruford Foundation Acting Course at Artrix

Applications are now open for a new Foundation Acting Course at Artrix, which will begin in September.

This new course is run by Rose Bruford College in collaboration with the venue and offers conservatoire training within a professional arts setting.

Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance has been delivering high quality actor training in Kent for over 65 years. Some of their graduates include Gary Oldman, Tom Baker, Maddy Hill and Hayley Squires.

In 2017 they were awarded TEF Gold and their own taught degree awarding powers. They run a hugely successful Foundation Acting Course in Sidcup, Folkestone, Brighton, Edinburgh and now Bromsgrove.

This 20-week course provides a rigorous and in-depth training that will give participants skills, techniques and confidence that is invaluable either as a preparation for further vocational training, higher education (Degree or MA/MFA) or for a career in the performing Arts. The course is designed to support an individual’s development as an actor in training, auditioning and future practice in a way that is rigorous and professional.

The first set of auditions will take place in Bromsgrove on 4th March and a second set on 24th June.
