Dudley North MP, Marco Longhi, has welcomed the news that pharmacies across the borough will be offering pre-booked Covid-19 tests for people with no symptoms.

Mr Longhi said:

”This will come as huge relief to so many. Although figures in the borough are improving, we have seen a surge nationally. These tests will help manage the spread of this deadly virus, especially for those who are asymptomatic. 

“The Government have worked so hard to get the vaccine out, which is now being delivered here in the borough, but these rapid tests will help contain the spread from those who are not showing symptoms.

“These tests will play a key role in breaking the spread of the virus.”
