Fifth person arrested over Tipton murder

Detectives have arrested a fifth person in connection with the murder of Indiga Daniel Wallace.

A 30-year-old old West Bromwich man was arrested yesterday evening (Wednesday 25 November) on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton on suspicion of murder.

Detectives launched a murder investigation after the body of Indiga Daniel Wallace (known as Danny to his family) was found in a flat on Fisher Street, Tipton on 11 November. A post mortem revealed that he died as a result of head injuries.

Three men and a woman are currently on police bail while enquiries continue.

Detective Inspector Harry Harrison, from Force CID, said: “Danny’s family are being kept up-to-date with the investigation."
