A flasher, who targeted young children, has been jailed for 9 months following two incidents at Stourbridge Library.

Anthony Edwards exposed himself to two 13-year-old girls who were left shocked by his actions, Wolverhampton Crown Court was told.

Two weeks later the 62-year-old flashed again in front of a mother with three children. Edwards, now of no fixed address after living in Hagley and Belbroughton, was convicted in his absence on two charges of exposure.
