Mary Stevens Hospice is recruiting for a new Head of Retail Operations.

The vacancy is the top job in the Hospice's multi-million-pound Trading Company, which comprises the charity's 23 high street shops, its recycling centre, house clearance and furniture collection services, eBay shop and Bridgnorth boutique outlet.

Outgoing head, Simon Henwood will continue his 17-year association with the Hospice by moving across the organisation to head up the Hospice's finance department. Stevan Jackson, Chief Executive Officer, Mary Stevens Hospice Group said:

“We are searching for someone at the very top of their game, who will be able to come in and guide our retail provision into the future with creativity and confidence.

"Simon has done a marvellous job for many, many years and this change gives him the chance to focus his attentions on our Finance department, while creating a very exciting opportunity for someone in our community to join the organisation in a leadership capacity."
