Local Theatre Group Return To Wolverhampton With Smash Hit Rock Musical

Following their 2016 production of Made In Dagenham, West Bromwich Operatic Society return to the stage at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre this month, with Rock Of Ages The Musical.

Rock Of Ages is the ultimate rock mix-tape musical, an hilarious story of dreams, love and rock music. A celebration of classic 80s rock culture, the show tells the story of Sherrie, a small town girl, and Drew, a big city rocker, falling in love to the greatest songs of the decade.

Joining David Walters and Olivia Jones as the love-struck couple are a talented ensemble of local actors, ready to give you a night to remember.

Rock Of Ages opened on Broadway in 2009 and in London’s West End in 2011. The musical was made into a film in 2012 starring Tom Cruise and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

The show runs from Tuesday 25th to Saturday 9th April and tickets are on sale now. For more information, visit the Grand Theatre Box Office in person, by calling 01902 42 92 12 or visiting grandtheatre.co.uk.
