A man suffered critical injuries in an incident in Stourbridge in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A 23-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries and remains in a critical condition following the incident at an address in Vauxhall Road. A 39-year-old man was also taken to hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to his arm. He is reported to be in a stable condition.

Three men and a woman were arrested but later released without charge.

Police are keen to trace another man who was at the address when the shot was fired.
