Merry Hill set to go intergalactic this half term

Half Term is about to go intergalactic as intu Merry Hill launch three days of free space themed fun this half term at their pop-up planetarium

Narrated by Hollywood legends Liam Neeson and Ewan McGregor, the planetarium will allow aspiring astronauts to explore the outermost depths of space in a fully immersive 360 degree theatre.

Visitors to the planetarium will also be able to learn about the power of the sun as well as experience the thrill of a space rocket launch. Rob Pickersgill, marketing manager at intu Merry Hill, said:

“We can’t wait for families to see what we’ve got in store for them this half term!

”We know our pop-up planetarium experience will put a big smile on the face of any budding young astronaut!

You can visit the planetarium, situated on the lower mall near H Samuel, from 11am-4pm on Thursday 22nd - Saturday 24th. Access to the planetarium will be on a first come, first served basis.
