Halesowen Town are also up to 7th after a late winner saw them beat Ramsbotton 2-1 at The Grove, while in the First Division South, Tividale lost 2-1 at home to Coalville.

In the National League, Kidderminster’s game at Braintree was postponed, while in the Midland Football League, Lye suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Shepshed Dynamo.

In the West Midlands Premier, Cradley thumped Dudley Sports 5-1, Black Country Rangers won 5-0 at Smethwick, but Gornal lost 3-2 at home to Malvern, and Tipton were beaten 3-1 at home by Wellington Amateurs.

And in rugby, Stourbridge beat Tynedale 39-11 in National League Two North, while Old Halesonians lost 20-17 at Hinckley in National League Three Midlands.

Dudley Kingswinford drew their second game of the season, 16-16 against Hereford in Midlands Division One West.
