James Constable and Josh Payne both scored second half goals to shatter the Glassboys’ hopes of a big third round tie against a Premier League team.
The draw for the third round, where Stourbridge will discover who they could have been up against, will be made tonight (Monday).
Elsewhere, Halesowen were held to a 1-1 draw by Hyde United in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier, while Tividale lost a 1-0 lead as they ended up on the receiving end of a 3-1 home defeat to Lincoln United.
In the National League, Kidderminster lost 1-0 at home to Gateshead with virtually the last kick of the game, while Lye beat Quorn 1-0 in the Midland Football League.
West Midlands Premier action saw Cradley lose 2-1 at home to AFC Bridgnorth, while Dudley Sports won 1-0 at Smethwick, and Dudley Town emerged victorious, 1-0 at Tipton. Gornal lost 1-0 at home to Bewdley.
Finally in rugby, Stourbridge comfortably beat Otley 25-8 in National League 2 North, while Old Halesonians secured a 10-6 victory at Longton in National League 3 Midlands.
The biggest scorers of the day were Dudley Kingswinford, who thrashed Leek 63-5 in Midlands Division 1 West.
