Dudley South Labour Party Women's Forum invite Labour women and their friends to join them to celebrate International Women's Day with like minded women in a friendly and welcoming environment on 7 March between 11am and 2pm. Lunch and refreshments are available for purchase from our Pop-up Cafe provided by the amazing Discover U charity.
This event is free to attend but we welcome donations on the day in support of our local Women's Refuge and Foodbank. We have a range of inspiring local speakers who will share with us their passion for supporting communities, how they have overcome challenges and why women are stronger together. Our keynote speaker is Councillor Celia Hibbert who is a proud mum, Women's Empowerment Activist, Sports & FA Coach as well as being a Wolverhampton Councillor. Come along and enjoy the talks and enjoy meeting like minded women over lunch and refreshments. Tell us you are coming by registering now on eventbrite.
If you would like to get involved in some way on the day then email: sdaniel74@blueyonder.co.uk All welcome.
The event is organised by the Women's Forum of Dudley South Labour Party members but is open to all Labour women and their friends. Children are welcome but please let us know how many and the ages of children you will be bringing along.
