In spite of the ‘hostile environment’ that many refugees in this country find themselves in, they offer an inspiring example of achievement and aspiration. RSA Stourbridge is providing an opportunity to hear first-hand from refugees and asylum seekers and those who work with them.
Through a combination of debate, discussion and musical performances, including from members of the RSA-supported European Youth Music Refugee Choir that recently featured on Channel 4 News, we will be able to share a glimpse of their lives. It will take place at St Thomas’s Church Hallon Saturday 10 November between 3pm and 5pm. Refreshments will be served from 2.30pm.
