Police investigating the death of Karl Swift in Halesowen, have charged a man with manslaughter.

29 year-old Dean Hartley from Burnaby Crescent in Sheffield, appeared before Dudley Magistrates yesterday.

Karl, from Yorkshire, was found with serious head injuries on New Road in Halesowen on the 9th September. 

Two other men arrested in connection with his death have been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
