PM congratulates winner of MP's Christmas card competition

Stourbridge MP Suzanne Webb has unveiled the winner of her annual Christmas card competition and has shown the design to Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

Kaiden Clarke, aged five, from Gig Mill Primary School won with his picture of Rudolf using leaves as antlers. His picture will now adorn Suzanne’s official Christmas card to be sent across the country, including 10 Downing Street.

Suzanne met up with an impressed Mr Johnson in Westminster last week to show him the winning design.

There were also three special mentions for Umaymah Fatima (8) from Wollescote Primary School, Fatima Hussain (7) from Cradley Church of England Primary School and Tegan Pritchard (11) also from Gig Mill Primary School. Suzanne said:

“Many congratulations to Kaiden for his brilliant design which I am proud to put on my Christmas card this year and which the Prime Minister liked very much!

“There were loads of great designs this year and it was really difficult to pick a winner so I have also given the special mentions to the others for their great work too.

“Thank you to everyone for entering and to all the schools for getting so involved. It was a pleasure to look through the entries.”
