Quarry Bank man charged after driving whilst three times over the legal limit

A 27-year-old man from Quarry Bank has been given a 12 month community order for drink driving.

Matthew Phillip Greenwood was arrested by police after being stopped in Brierley Hill at the start of the month. He had 115mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was disqualified from driving for two years, ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work as well as paying costs totalling £220.
