Stourbridge FC to offer free entry to servicemen and women

Given the history behind the club's home, The War Memorial Athletic Ground, Stourbridge FC bosses will show the club's appreciation for the armed forces a week on Saturday.

On Saturday, November 3rd, the Glassboys host Lowestoft Town for an Evo-Stik League South Premier Division Central fixture at the War Memorial Athletic
Ground.

The match kicks off at 3pm and, as a token of the Club's gratitude for all those who have served to keep us and our country safe over the years, the Glassboys are offering all current and former servicemen and women free entry to the match.

Servicemen or women planning to come to the game should bring any form of ID that confirms they have served in the forces, or their Royal British Legion membership, to show at the turnstiles.

The Royal British Legion will also be holding a bucket collection during the afternoon and poppies will be on sale throughout the afternoon.
