Teenagers charged over Stourbridge murder

Detectives investigating the death of John Jones in Stourbridge last month have charged three teenagers with conspiracy to commit murder.

Mr Jones suffered a gunshot wound and died at the scene in Caslon Crescent on the evening of 25 February.

Another man was injured after being stabbed and discharged from hospital after treatment.

Two 16-year-old boys and a third, aged 15, were arrested on Wednesday and will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court this morning. They cannot be named due to their age.

The boys have been charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and possession of a bladed article.
