Ross Fletcher has undertaken a zero to 13-mile training programme with the original aim of running the Bedford Half Marathon.
The event has been cancelled and Ross will now run the distance in Worcester over six laps of a circuit.
The route will start on The Riverside and continue over the River Severn footbridge just below the weir, returning along the opposite side of the river to New Road.
Ross will be running to raise money for Acorns Children’s Hospice and people can donate on his JustGiving page.
