Brierley Hill Man Seeks Further Legal Action Over Greek Court Verdict

A Brierley Hill man, convicted of causing his girlfriend's death in Crete is seeking a judicial review into an inquest's findings.

Luke Walker may push for High Court action after a coroner refused to rule against a Greek court's verdict on the death of his girlfriend - despite hearing evidence she may have died as a result of a drunken fall days earlier.

20 year-old Chelsea Hyndman, died from severe abdominal injuries, in May 2010, with Walker found guilty of inflicting grievous bodily harm leading to her death.

The 29-year has always denied killing Chelsea, and this week at a British inquest into her death he said he wished he'd taken her to hospital sooner.
