Chris-ma-saurus evening at Dudley Museum

Dudley Museum will be throwing its doors open for an evening of dinosaur themed fun in the run up to Christmas.

Visitors to the museum can have fun taking part in a Christmas trail and hunt for toy dinosaurs, all dressed up for Christmas hidden around the museum. Children can also take part in dino-themed craft activities. There will also be stalls run by young people selling seasonal crafts.

The open evening runs from 4pm – 7pm on Friday 6 December, with a daytime session from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 7 December.

The museum, which is based in the Dudley Archives building is home to a host of geological treasures as well as art and local history. It boasts a dinosaur gallery, complete with animatronic baby T-Rex, colourful Deinonychus and life size replica T-Rex skull.

Admission to the museum is free, but there is a small charge of £3.50 for craft activities. Payment is by cash only.
