Sedgley Councillor, Shaun Keasey, has launched a festive competition to find the best Christmas decorated house in the ward.

Residents are being asked to nominate their own, or a friend or neighbour's, house which will be judged, and the winner will receive a £100 prize donated by Concord Market in Sedgley town centre. Cllr Keasey said:

"2020 has been such a devastating year in terms of personal contact, events, and meeting friends and family. So much of our life has been negatively affected by Covid including not being able to come together for the annual Christmas Lights Switch On event.

"That doesn't mean we can't have some fun though and so this best decorated house competition was created."

Those wishing to enter should email Councillor Keasey. The closing date for entries is Monday 14th December with judging to take place the following Friday.
