Now Playing The World Is Not Enough Garbage

Adam Parkes

Born and bred in Wollaston, Adam has been championing our local sports clubs and sporting personalities since 2008.
Having originally started out presenting our request show, he was soon following the fortunes of Stourbridge FC and reporting for Black Country Sport every week.
As Sports Editor, Adam expanded the coverage to include Halesowen Town FC, Stourbridge RFC and many other smaller clubs besides.
You can hear Adam on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons, providing match commentaries and presenting Black Country Sport from up and down the country.

Then, on Fridays from 7pm, he hosts our Sport Preview - looking back at the week's action and forward to the weekend of sport!

Outside of that, Adam's also part of the Black Country Week team on Saturday mornings.
