Busking For Charity

The Omma n’ Chain's main chosen charity this year is Dudley NHS Trust Diabetes Unit at Russells Hall Hospital.  

After discussions with staff and doctors about the function and needs of the unit  Billy Spakemon, along with John Langford decided, to support the unit as well as Sandwells Support Group which works out of Glebefields library.  

As part of the fund raising Bostas 5 CD has been produced at Pete Wain's Headline Studios, with artwork by Alex Vann . It contains tracks donated by local artists and is £3.00 or £4.00 including pp.

You can purchase the CD from Buskin’ For Charity Events and also from The Maverick, Amblecote, every Wednesday at John Langford’s Open Mic Nights.

The team will be out and about across the year and during the summer months you'll see them buskin in the streets of Dudley, Stourbridge , Blackheath and several more towns. So watch out for Billy, John and the tribe playing in front of the Black Country Radio Buskin' For Charity banner, and help them raise monies for this great cause.
