Black Country Multicultural Day arrives in Oldbury on Sunday 12th July 2026, bringing a vibrant celebration of culture, music, dance and community spirit to Civic Square, outside Sandwell Council House.

Join us from 11am–6pm for a free family-friendly event showcasing the diverse communities that make up the Black Country. Enjoy a full day of live performances, cultural displays, community stalls, arts and crafts, family activities and food from around the world.

Headlining the event will be Punjabi Dose featuring Bhangra Smash Up, delivering an unforgettable performance packed with energy, live dhol drumming and the very best of Punjabi music. Throughout the day, audiences will also experience a wide range of international music, dance and cultural performances representing the many communities that call the Black Country home.

Black Country Multicultural Day celebrates the generations of people who came to the region to work in its factories, foundries and industries, helping shape the vibrant and diverse Black Country we know today. It is a day dedicated to bringing people together, building friendships, promoting understanding and celebrating our shared heritage in peace and harmony.
