Dudley Council’s new online platform, MyDudley, has signed up 50,000 new accounts since it launched at the end of November.
The platform allows users to report issues such as missed bin collections, abandoned vehicles, waste issues or request a service, including garden waste collections or grounds maintenance in the borough’s green spaces.
MyDudley account holders are able to track the progress of a request, keeping them informed from start to finish. New services are coming online all the time and the most recent enhancement allows account holders to report anti-social behaviour online.
MyDudley continues to receive five-star reviews from residents and visitors for its simplicity and user-friendly approach. People can make reports or raise requests 24/7 and don’t have to wait for office hours to get things moving. Luisa Fulci, Director of digital, customer and commercial services, said:
“50,000 people have now signed up for a MyDudley account, the quick and easy way to get in touch with us.
“They can log issues or raise a request at a time that’s convenient for them. And when they create an account we’re able to keep them posted with their issue from start to finish.
“I’d definitely recommend signing up for a MyDudley account as it’s the most efficient way for residents to communicate with us.”
