69-year-old found dead in Halesowen

A man has died after being found collapsed in his Halesowen home this morning.

Police were called just before 11.30am by West Midlands Ambulance Service who were unable to save the 69-year-old at a house in Elizabeth Road. A police spokesman said:

"The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.”

An ambulance service spokesman confirmed paramedics were called to reports of a patient in cardiac arrest, sending an ambulance and a paramedic officer to the scene.
