Adrian Chiles lends support to local charity golf day

Adrian Chiles will take to the fairways at an annual Golf Day organised by local charity, NICE, who help families affected by movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and adults recovering from a stroke.

The event will take place on Monday 18th June and has historically attracted individuals and companies from the Midlands business community, aiming to raise £10,000 towards the charity’s crucial services which are a lifeline to local families. Adrian said:

“I’m looking forward to bringing together two of Birmingham’s most remarkable assets. Edgbaston is surely one of the nicest city courses in the world and, just around the corner, NICE are doing amazing work helping children and adults with conditions significantly affecting their physical ability.

"I’m looking forward to celebrating both of these wonderful Birmingham institutions and raising funds for NICE to help them go from strength to strength.”

Golfers will enjoy coffee and bacon rolls on arrival before heading out on Edgbaston Golf Club’s 18 hole course, considered one of the best private member golf clubs in the Midlands, just one mile from the centre of Birmingham.

Teams of four are just £500 and a sponsored tee is £100. To book your team or tee sponsorship at NICE’s Golf Day and help local families in need, please contact Louise Davis by email at ldavis@conductive-education.org.uk or by phoning 0121 442 5559.
