Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to a serious accident involving a teenage moped rider in Rowley Regis.
16 year-old Declan Osbourne was in collision with a red Honda Civic on the 30 January in Rowley Village, at the junction with Mackmillan Road.
He was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
The driver of the Honda left the scene before police arrived, although a 24-year-old local man has since been arrested in connection with the offence.
