Police are investigating after a man was seriously injured in a collision in Tipton on Saturday night.

Officers were called to Toll End Road shortly after 11.25pm following reports that a car had hit a tree. The 20-year-old was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition. Sergeant Dean Caswell, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said:

“We are urgently appealing for anyone with information to contact us. We particularly want to speak to anyone who may have dashcam footage that captured a red Seat Ibiza before the collision to please get in touch."
