
Kerry Smith has been appointed as Interim Chief People Officer at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Kerry joins the Trust from North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust, where she has been Interim Chief People Officer for some time.
Marsha Foster, Chief Executive Officer at Black Country Healthcare said: “Kerry brings a great deal of experience and insight, and I’m confident she’ll make a valuable contribution as we continue to focus on supporting our people and strengthening our culture.
"I’m looking forward to working with her as part of our executive team.”
Kerry said: “I am excited to be joining Black Country Healthcare, and I look forward to working with colleagues across the organisation to continue building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.”
Kerry replaces Ashi Williams who is leaving the Trust at the end of July to take up the position of Chief People Officer at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and George Elliot Hospital NHS Trust.
