Brierley Hill wast firm boss charged with conspiracy to commit criminal damage

The boss of a Brierley Hill waste firm that overshadowed people's homes is to face trial over conspiracy to commit criminal damage.

50 year-old Robert McNaughton, of Refuse Derived Fuel in Moor Street where a 40-foot mountain of rubbish built up, denied the charge at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

McNaughton, of Tenter Drive in Halesowen, will stand trial next June with two men from Leicester.
