Dudley Council for Voluntary Services are hosting a Catwalk for Christmas at Brierley Hill Civic Hall next Thursday, to raise valuable funds for their Operation Santa appeal.
Every year donations of new toys, gifts, food etc. are collected and distributed to local voluntary and community groups who support children, young people and families in crisis within Dudley borough.
For £5 per ticket, guests will receive a free welcome drink and an enjoyable evening, surrounded by clothes and accessories, with great music from three live performers. The first 50 guests through the door will also receive a free goodie bag. Guests can shop for new branded women's clothing and pre-loved accessories. There will be women's clothes for all shapes and sizes and for every age, some new and some pre-loved.
Brett Harris, owner of Blaze Hairdressers in Kingswinford and Business Ambassador for Operation Santa, will have a stall offering hair consultations on the evening. Stylists from Blaze Hair, also known as the Operation Santa 'Blaze Angels', will also be doing the catwalk model's hair and makeup on the night. Guests can look forward to a 'great girls night out' with music, shopping, catwalks, plenty of browsing time and a great atmosphere! Every penny raised will go towards Operation Santa 2019
There will also be performance on the night by Eloise Amelia, Bradley Stokes and Brierley Hill Musical Theatre Youth group and a range of stalls for all your fashion needs. Eileen Fielding, Volunteer Manager, Dudley CVS, said:
"Every penny raised at the fashion show will help us to make this year's Operation Santa appeal better than ever and reach more children and young people across the Dudley borough.
"The money raised will go towards putting on Christmas parties in different parts of the borough, providing a hot Christmas lunch, fun and games, and a grotto with presents, for local children and young people who may otherwise not get a Christmas lunch."
If you would like to book tickets for the Fabulous Fundraising Fashion Show, you can call Eileen on 01384 573381 for more information, or you can pay on the door.
Cash or card payments will be accepted for clothing on the evening, and the bar will be open all night.
