Coseley Sports Centre re-opens

Coseley Sports Centre has partially re-opened after being shut as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

It re-opened on Monday for badminton, table tennis and football only, with grass and astro pitches available. The centre will remain closed on Saturdays until further notice. Booking and payment in advance is required. Councillor Ian Kettle, cabinet member responsible for leisure centres, said:

"We’re pleased to be able to re-open Coseley Sports Centre, which follows on from the re-opening of Dudley, Halesowen and Crystal leisure centres along with the Dell Stadium earlier this month.

"Measures have been put in place to ensure Covid-19 guidelines can be followed, ensuring visitors can enjoy badminton, table tennis or football again safely.
