A doctor from Wall Heath, accused of making a series of sex attacks on patients, has been allowed to return to his Dudley surgery to do admin work.
Dr Jaswant Rathore is charged with 18 counts of sexual assault, involving ten complainants, alleged to have been committed between September 2013 and May 2015.
The 59-year-old, was remanded on conditional bail after appearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court where a Judge lifted a condition barring him from attending his Dudley surgery during the day, but he must have no contact with patients.
Dr Rathore, of Ploughmans Walk in Wall Heath, is due to return to court on May 22.
