Driver urged to come forward after fatal Stourbridge collision

The driver of a dark 4X4 is being urged to come forward following a fatal collision in Stourbridge on Sunday night. 

Officers were called to High Street Amblecote at the junction of Brettell Lane at around 6.50pm to reports that a car had hit a man and had driven away from the scene.

A 66-year-old was treated by paramedics but despite their best efforts died a short time later.

The driver of a red Vauxhall Corsa that collided with the man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
