Dudley Zoo offers early morning behind the scenes tour

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to wake up some of the rarest animals in the world at one of the country’s busiest zoos?

The team at Dudley Zoo is offering an early morning guided tour, which will give visitors the opportunity to go behind the scenes on Sunday, September 3rd.

Visitors will follow keepers as they go about their daily morning duties and learn about the vital conservation work carried out at the award-winning tourist attraction.

The Wake up the Zoo tour starts at 8.45am and lasts approximately two hours.

Those who take part will also be treated to a breakfast bap and hot drink at the Queen Mary restaurant before being free to spend the remainder of the day exploring the zoo site.

The tour costs £40 for adults and £30 for children and must be pre-booked by calling 01384 215313.

Due to the hilly nature of the site, special arrangements must be pre-arranged for disabled guests and people with limited mobility.
