Birmingham Botanical Gardens is inviting the city’s partygoers to swap crowded clubs and noisy pubs for something altogether more magical this Christmas.

The venue is launching 'Silent Light', a festive party package that blends seasonal sparkle with a unique botanical twist.

For the first time ever, groups booking their seasonal celebrations will gain exclusive access to the Luminate Winter Light Trail, the spectacular after-dark experience that transforms the historic gardens into a wonderland of light and sound.

Guests will stroll through illuminated pathways before stepping inside for a festive banquet courtesy of artisan food creators Medicine. Served in banquet-hall style, the menu promises all the trimmings needed to fuel a night of festive fun.

Francesca Jones of Medicine Bakery said: “We're delighted to be part of Silent Light and bring our seasonal menu to the celebrations. Our festive feast will be crafted to complement the magic of the Gardens, making each night a truly memorable occasion.”

The evening reaches its crescendo with a three-channel silent disco hosted by Birmingham favourites Silent Noize Events.

From timeless party classics to indie anthems and guilty pleasures, guests can flick between playlists and dance the night away beneath the glow of the Gardens’ Grade II listed Terrace Suite.

Duncan Strain of Silent Noize Events said: “There’s nothing quite like the energy of a Silent Noize disco. With three channels to choose from, everyone gets their perfect soundtrack and seeing a whole room switch tunes and sing along together is always unforgettable.

“Being based in Birmingham, we are really excited to be working with the team at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, which is such an iconic venue. The combination of the Gardens, Luminate Light Trail, and Medicine Bakery, is sure to ignite the start of many magical experiences to come."

The Silent Light package includes arrival drinks, the light trail, a festive feast, and the silent disco, with options available for shared parties or exclusive hire.

Exclusive events start from 120 guests and can be tailored into bespoke celebrations, while shared nights aim to bring together up to 250 revellers across four dates.
