Claire Thompson went missing from her home in Pensnett at around 7pm on Saturday evening.
“She’s got four beautiful children at home waiting for her, who miss her dearly and we really just want her to get in contact just to let us know she’s warm and safe.”
A West Midlands Police spokeswoman added: “We can confirm that Claire Thompson is missing.
“Anyone with any information should ring police on 101 or the Missing Person’s helpline on 116 000”
