Walsall Arboretum is set to come alive this November as Walsall Council’s Fireworks Spectacular brings an evening of live entertainment, fairground fun, food and a spectacular fireworks display to the town.
Taking place at Walsall Arboretum, this family-friendly event will welcome visitors from 5pm, with the entertainment getting underway from 5.30pm before the evening culminates in a fireworks display at 7.30pm.
Music will be a major part of this year’s event, with Slady, the all-female tribute to legendary rock band Slade, taking to the main stage as the headline live act.
The supporting entertainment programme will also feature rising local artist Nayra J, who has been building a growing following with his music celebrating his Walsall roots.
As the evening builds towards the Firework show produced by UK Fireworks taking to the skies at 7.30pm.
Alongside the live entertainment, visitors can enjoy a traditional fairground, with rides opening from 5pm, as well as a wide selection of food and drink available throughout the evening.
Councillor Matt Eason - Portfolio Holder for Culture, Health and Wellbeing at Walsall Council, said: “Our Fireworks Spectacular is always a fantastic opportunity for families and communities to come together and enjoy an evening of entertainment right here in Walsall.
“This year we’re making the event about much more than the fireworks, with a great programme of live entertainment, including Slady as our headline act, as well as fairground rides and a wide choice of food and drink.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming residents from across the borough. As this is an advance ticket-only event, I’d encourage anyone planning to come along to book their tickets early.”
The event is advance ticket only and tickets must be purchased before attending from ticketsource.com/healthyspaces as they will not be available to purchase on the night.
