The former Savoy Cinema in Stourbridge’s Lower High Street is set to be redeveloped after being bought by a property investor.
It’s sold for £350,000 after being put on the market last July.
The site, which closed as a cinema in 1982, could now be converted to a care home, retirement housing, or a commercial retail space.
A spokesman for estate agents Walton & Hipkiss, which handled the sale, said that suggestions a cinema could be re-opened there were probably wide of the mark.
