Himley Fireworks set to celebrate music

Tickets are now on sale for the Himley Fireworks, with this year’s event set to celebrate music through the decades.

The Dudley Council event, which is being organised in association with SWG Group, is the biggest local authority led fireworks show in the UK.

Visitors can enjoy a spectacular 30-minute fireworks display, choreographed to music, as well as live entertainment, a giant funfair, a night market and food and beverage stalls.

There will be a silent disco and exclusive bars for those selecting Premium Viewing tickets. These tickets are expected to sell out very quickly and must be pre-booked.

For a true VIP experience, people can also upgrade to a Hall Access ticket, with a themed rooms including food options and indoor toilets, are also being made available on a pre-book basis.

Damian Corfield, cabinet member responsible for Himley Hall, said: “Himley Fireworks is one of the highlights of our local calendar – a spectacular evening that brings thousands together to enjoy fireworks, entertainment and community spirit.

“It’s always a hugely popular event, so I’d encourage everyone to book early to avoid disappointment. You won’t want to miss what promises to be another fantastic night.”

The event, which attracts around 20,000 visitors each year, is also sponsored by Jewson Partnership Solutions, Halesowen College, K2 Services and Your Freedom Empire.

Tickets start from £12.50 for a standard single adult, with Premium Viewing and Hall Access tickets available for additional charge. Tickets for children, concessions and families are also available.
