It's full steam ahead at Himley Hall

Himley Hall and Park is once again hosting the annual Country Fair and Vintage Transport Show.

Running on Sunday 2nd June from 10am to 4pm, the free event is now its sixth year and will include vintage vehicle displays, steam engines and a country fair.

Bringing exhibits from all across the country, there will be fairground organs, tractors, classic cars, vintage motor bikes, military vehicles, and vintage cycles on display.

There will also be arts and crafts stalls, street food, vintage stalls, hand crafted collectables, glassblowing, a children’s funfair, miniature railway and live music. A £5 car parking charge applies. Councillor Ian Kettle, cabinet member responsible for halls, said:

"Our country fair event will attract steam and vintage enthusiasts as well as families who want to enjoy a fun day out. There is plenty on offer for all ages and people have the chance to chat with those who own the exhibits to gain an insight into their fascinating vintage vehicles."
