A Pedmore man who claimed a 14cm knife he was carrying was for fishing, has been jailed for six months.
38 year-old Matthew Cooper, who has a history of being armed, was stopped in his car by police who found the blade between the drivers and passenger seat.
Cooper, of Queensway, admitted possessing a bladed article and was sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
