Kick-start your Christmas celebrations with festive food and drink this December

The ‘Festive Fittle & Fayre’ event on Saturday 11th December in Stourbridge, will see a range of street food vendors serving up the best food in the Black Country.

The festive fittle will be provided by Caffe Lavazza offering burgers, Dine by White offering pulled pork burgers, Meaty Greeks will be offering Greek BBQ food and providing a vegan option on the day. Caribbean Kitchen will be serving up Caribbean food and Black Country Fittle will be offering all foods synonymous with the Black Country.

The drinks market will consist of Halfpenny Green Cider Company, Green Duck Brewery and Windsor Castle. Music will be provided all day by a DJ playing festive tracks and booked entertainers are Got2Sing choir, with a slot from the adult choir and a slot from the junior choir. Billy Spakemon will be ‘live’ at 6:30pm and Josh Buckley will also be performing. 

The Fayre will be showcasing an array of twenty crafters selling everything from wire decorations to upcycled gifts and cards and handmade Christmas wooden gifts. Pop down to have a browse and pick up something special for your family and friends. 
There is no need to book in advance for this event and a donation on the gate will be used to help fund the work of the The Mary Stevens Hospice in Stourbridge. Amanda Bowen, Head of Fundraising at The Mary Stevens Hospice commented: 

“We can't think of a more enjoyable way to kickstart Christmas and support The Mary Stevens Hospice at the same time. With Street food, music, Christmas craft stalls and of course drinks from local breweries, there really is something for everyone!  

"Our community have continued to support us through another difficult year, and this is a great opportunity for us to say 'thank you'. We invite you all to come and join us on the day as it's shaping up to be a Christmas Cracker!” 

The event will take place from 2pm – 10pm on Saturday 11th December at The Bonded Warehouse on Canal Street in Stourbridge.
