A Kingswinford man’s been jailed for six years after attacking a man with a pool cue outside a Wordsley pub on New Year’s Eve.
32-year-old Craig Davies smashed the cue over the vulnerable victim’s head from behind, because he felt he had behaved inappropriately towards a young woman.
Davies, of Hildene Road, admitted wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm in the incident at the Lawnswood pub, which left his victim needing 10 staples.
