A man from Lye has appeared in court accused of stealing a bus from a yard in Tipton last Wednesday evening.
Thomas Tibbs, of Clinic Drive, was charged with aggravated vehicle taking when he appeared at Sandwell Magistrates Court on Friday.
Tibbs, alongside Peter Loveland of Tipton and John Burton of Telford, were arrested after the stolen bus was found in Coseley in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The 20-year-old is due to appear before Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday, April 29.
