Man charged after more than a dozen Dudley shop thefts

A man has been charged with more than a dozen shop theft offences in Dudley.

David Rushton, aged 40 of no fixed address has been charged with 14 shop theft offences in Kingswinford, Pensnett, Wordsley and Dudley.

The offences were committed between March and September. More than £1,000 of items were stolen from various stores.

Rushton was remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court.
